At Peabody, we run multiple courses per week, which includes frequent Health & Safety training. It can be tricky to arrange so many courses unless our training providers are reliable and really know what they’re doing; in the past, some of our training providers have failed to stick to agreed dates, courses haven’t been engaging and they haven’t always passed us the paperwork we require on time.
Magenta give us the effortless experience we’re after – not only are all the team kind and friendly, but they all know their stuff! Arranging courses is a smooth process and Magenta makes sure to provide all the information we need, as well as sending reminders prior to each course (excellent when scheduling in multiple courses per week!). The instructors continuously get great feedback from our staff and we receive all attendance sheets and certificates shortly after each course.
